Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind and eliminating distractions to achieve a state of mental clarity and that can be classified as the avoidance of mental confusion. It is one of the very best practice one can do release stress and have a stress free life.

How can one start a daily meditation practice?

It is that simple and I am going to teach you how to do this.

First and foremost, you will need to find a quiet place. A quiet place is that one place that is free from destruction. Such a place is where you can withhold all your thought from destructions.

Secondly, Get comfortable. This is when you find a position where you can be free from any destructions as well. Getting uncomfortable is a sign of destruction which can prevent you from having a focused meditation. You can do this by finding a good place to sit, or either lie down to get ready for the course.

Lastly, focus on your breath and just be present. Check your breath and let all your energy from within target the present and not the past.  Channel all your energy to sink deep into the present moment just to get most of it and end gently.
