The truth is we have no control over our yesterday and our today but we have control to as in what will happen to our future self.
What Role Does these Three Things Play When You are down?
The human body has been designed in such a way that it only relies on emotions to keep moving. Sometimes when you are down, there is no need to worry yourself over nothing.
What you will need to do is to reflect on the positive things that happened to your Yesterday, Today then you connect it to your current situation and cause a change to your Future self.
This can only be done via your mindset. Our mindset is a very powerful tool that can change our life.
